Randy Quirk is Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Title Group (FNTG), the nation’s largest and most respected title insurance company. He is also President of Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (NYSE: FNF), a leading Fortune 500 provider of title insurance, mortgage services, and diversified services.
As FNTG’s Chief Executive Officer, Randy has responsibility for the Direct and Agency operations of leading title insurance underwriters and brands: Fidelity National Title, Chicago Title, Commonwealth Land Title, Alamo Title, Lawyers Title, and Ticor Title. In addition, Randy is responsible for ServiceLink, a leading provider of centralized title and closing services to national lenders.
Over his 35-plus years in the title insurance industry, Randy has successfully served in numerous senior management positions, including Executive Vice President, Division Manager and Regional Manager, with responsibilities for governing Direct and Agency operations nationally.
In 2005, Randy was unanimously chosen by Fidelity National Financial’s Board of Directors to serve as Chief Executive Officer of Fidelity National Title Group. Randy also serves as a Director on a number of subsidiary Boards affiliated with Fidelity National Financial.
Randy and his wife, Linda, live in Jacksonville, Florida, and have three children and four grandchildren.
