Warning: There are internet escrow sites stating they are affiliated, incorporated, or
"backed by" Fidelity National Financial, Inc. (FNF) or its wholly owned subsidiary Micro
General Corporation. FNF previously owned and operated "Escrow.com".
In 2002, Escrow.com was purchased by iLumin Software
Services, Inc., a leading provider of security
and software services. iLumin continues to operate Escrow.com, which is a reputable internet escrow
provider and is located at www.Escrow.com.
Since the sale of Escrow.com, FNF has not owned, operated, incorporated, backed or otherwise
been affiliated with any internet escrow site. There have been reports from persons doing business with
sites other than Escrow.com who report that they sent money to the sites but never received merchandise
and could never find a way to contact the company to recover the money sent.
